HGE Reconditioning Facility

HGE’s commitment to the industry was signified by the company’s decision to design and build a 68,000 sq. ft. facility. By incorporating the latest in technology and putting in place the most comprehensive Quality Control System in the industry, the company is able to offer the best value in reconditioned equipment to its customers.

All reconditioned sheet-fed presses are put through a series of exacting quality control protocols which includes pre-staging and print test. These uncompromising and highly demanding process allow HGE to finger print each machine in order to pinpoint and rectify problems prior to shipping. In fact, no machine is finished without a print and register evaluation by the customer.

The company’s continued success is largely a result of customers’ trust and confidence in HGE, and the knowledge that they do not need to sacrifice quality to save money.

“HGE offers a comprehensive package - no smoke and mirrors. Reconditioning and print testing is part of our day-to-day existence. The fundamentals of supplying a warranted product include pre-selection, reconditioning and print tests."
