Cleaning & Painting

Great inroads have been made in the design and function of cleaning and painting. The 8,500 square foot area houses two cleaning centers for dry ice and solvent, professional sanding booth and painting booth, which employ the equipment and protocols that have never before been available in the industry. The facility was designed in concert with engineers and our own know-how.

All rooms are equipped with breathable air, air make-up systems and an especially designed drainage floors and collection sumps. Solvent reuse has been addressed by a specially designed silo filtration system.

All waste water is collected in a 10,000-gallon holding tank for disposal. Two stainless steel stripping tanks with overhead crane have been installed. The tanks are used to strip case panels and guards of ink and paint.
